In a safe, empathetic, and non judgemental environment, you will have the opportunity to discuss problems and feelings. Your counselling relationship will be a nurturing one which supports self exploration and change. Not only will counselling bring into awareness underlying forces and patterns that support unhealthy patterns, but it will also deepen awareness and help you make better choices in life.

A trained psychologist can help you increase self-esteem, confidence and overall quality of life. We strive to work with each individual, couple, and family as a special entity with unique needs in a collaborative approach. The therapists  utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mind body medicine, life coaching, hypnosis and Positive Psychology in their work. Through the years we have  helped various individuals find peace, hope and courage through psychotherapy.

Mansitherapy offers you a secure, judgement-free and confidential environment in which to help you heal, grow and thrive.

All sessions are 50 minutes and are based in the safety of a warm and supportive therapy environment. Video are also available for clients.

Of course, it’s important to remember that everybody’s problems are unique to them. Each person will heal at a different pace. There is no “one size fits all”.
