Therapy Approach:
“The biggest strength of a human being lies in knowing your weaknesses.” I believe that true healing begins with self-awareness and acceptance. Acknowledging one's vulnerabilities is not a sign of defeat, but an empowering step toward transformation. Rooted in a client-centred approach, I provide unconditional positive regard and create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where individuals are encouraged to explore their inner world with compassion and curiosity.
My therapeutic style is integrative and humanistic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness practices, Gestalt therapy, and Humanistic modalities to holistically address each client’s unique needs. CBT supports clients in identifying and reframing unhelpful thought patterns, while mindfulness techniques enhance emotional regulation and present-moment awareness. Gestalt interventions deepen self-exploration by bringing attention to unresolved emotions and internal conflicts, and humanistic principles promote authenticity, self-acceptance, and personal growth.
This collaborative process empowers individuals to develop resilience, gain clarity, and build practical coping strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges. My goal is not only to alleviate symptoms, but to guide clients toward reconnecting with their inner wisdom, enhancing self-efficacy, and cultivating a fulfilling life aligned with their true values.
